I would be very surprised if it were to happen after the last debacle that tanked GBG's price.It caused a lot of consern among major shareholders who do not want to be involved in unstable Africa and made it very clear to GBG.
I was at a shareholders presentation in 2008 where George Jones was haranged and questioned about it by unhappy shareholders.He made it very clear it was a mistake and that while he had any involvement with GBG there would never be another attempt at a take over or joint ventures with SDL.
He is now the Chairman again so it would seem unlikely, that just my opinion. R & R
