Walyering on the market? Could be Lethal, the squeeze is definitely on for both JV partners and both have factored the 5 year cashflow into their own developments, maybe take a discount but fast track the cashflow could solve a lot of problems and release the pressure and who better to be interested than someone who is already interested. Need to know more numbers but it just might suit all parties if the price is right? Big spec but something has to give in this present stand off and confirmed dollars are always attractive and I do have a strong feeling that there is much going on behind the scenes and are expecting further PB activity in the near term and my eyes are wide open - again! What is next? But I'm valuing my Talon shares very highly.
