I would think there is no need for another cap raise.... the whole exercise was to fund the initial 2ktpa (via CR) and secure an offtake partner with additional funding moving forward. I'm sure shareholders will be furious if it comes to another CR because JZ was unable to secure a deal, as stated all along.
I would personally just cut my losses if it comes to a CR, as a lot of others would too I can imagine. This -63% dump the last 6 months would only be the tip of the iceberg should they have to resort to a cap raise, at a discount obviously to these already abysmal prices.
I personally cannot see them being that incapable though. But hey, never say never.... scary thought.
