I'm most interested to know how they are managing to cap the prices without significantly increasing the short percentage of the stock.
Normally that's the main tool that is used.
I think in this case it's simply retail/funds selling out for other opportunities or sectors, and not many interested in buying in...
(Or shorts are going un reported. Not impossible.)
