A capital raising is a possibility, and it wouldn't be terrible.

We're most likely going to be at steady state fairly soon (probably before the end of the year). We're definitely going to have the expansion permit before we might do a capital raising (no point raising capital before we even have the permit to build what we want the money for).

Since the capital raising would be to build something we have the permit for and have demonstrated we can make work, and making it happen will demonstrably make us worth well over $1 per share, we can assume the CR would take place at a reasonable price and bring huge value to the company and its shareholders. I don't see what the big deal is or why you'd sell out on a dip which comes on the way to us clearly being worth over $1, unless we are fortunate enough to get that high before the announcement of a CR (entirely possible once we're at steady state and have the permit).

We really just need the two developments (permit and nameplate production) to convince the market we're derisked to get our share price to somewhere near where it was or maybe even higher, and a CR in that scenario would all but guarantee a much higher price not too much later. Right now the market is jittery because it doesn't believe we can actually do it, but just imagine how much sentiment will change when it outright knows we can.

To sell out in that scenario would be bonkers. Everyone is just irrationally negative right now because the price is down because the market is sceptical because management promised us an overly optimistic time frame.

I'm targetting an imminent reversal of market sentiment.
