“For Ontario’s Conservative government, perhaps the hope on the consumer side of a robust auto making ecosystem is akin to “if you build it, they will buy.”
Just added this in case anyone was worried that Canada might ditch the ev industry if there was a change of government at the Federal level.
It would be highly unlikely I would think, given that a conservative provincial government is fully behind these initiatives.
