I would just add that it's possible to negotiate with SEC staff when effective date is, to time the market with IPO. Also, SEC counts the weekends on their calendar eg. 20 days means 20 days not 4 weeks.

Also, although most definitely financing is the key hurdle to mining and Nasdaq listing jumps that box, it's not the be all end all. A friendly reminder EIA approval was the catalyst why the share price tanked in 2018, and what Aussie fund managers who are watching EUR has on their catalyst list (because it's European assets, trust factor zero when there's so many other assets without the NIMBY wall).
