Hi bigstar.
FerrAus is going to be a very good proposition.
Penfold Development (Hong Kong)involved.
China Railway Materials Commercial Corporation involved.
Wah Nam International involved (Chinese).
All large share holders.
China Railway involved in Co-operation and support Agreement and a non-binding Strategic Alliance Agreement with FRS.
Co-operate with one another with potential iron ore resource opportunities in the Eastern Pilbara to support base for financing and construction of rail and port infrastructure.
CRM assist FerrAus with development of infrastructure linking FerrAus to existing rail infrastructure.
CRM would receive entitlement to iron ore off-take at market terms.
CRM are the same company involved with African Minerals at Tonkolili in Sierra Leone.
FRS looking to export 15 to 25 million tonnes a year by 2014.
FRS have DSO and Detrital iron ore, also Manganese at their three tenements near BHP's Jimblebar rail line.
Around 300Mt of iron ore so far.
Several Directors are ex-Normandy Mining people.
FerrAus is in the NWIOA with Brockman and Atlas. They are looking to build port infrastructure at Port Headland next to Hancock Prospecting and straight across from FMG loading area.
Chinese have shown a lot of interest in funding and building the port infrastructure.
They are negotiating for rail access as a group with BHP,RIO,FMG and Hancock.
That is something to start with about FRS.
Regards
Westcott.
