People are selling because, unless another funding source is found, e.g. partnership, the cash will run out before the clinical mBC trial starts.
The sellers are assuming that:
* another funding source won't turn up, so there will have to be a CR
* if they want to, they can buy back at that time for less than the current SP.
Their behaviour is rational if you accept their assumptions.
