I would think the answer is, yes, however for unknown reasons things just don't seem to pan out here, certainly not quickly. I was sooo optimistic in Jan. 2022 that we were weeks away from an inflection point....but no.
I took the punt last week and picked up 3 parcels.....first additional purchases in years....come on Ron, Dave, Keith and Anoushka......
