To right I think PEN has great long term potential but I'm not over the moon with near 2bill shares as PEN will still need to raise much more funds through SH or private placement before making $1 I'm all for a share consolation 10:1 even though many say this would give PEN S/holders a haircut(load of bollocks IMHO)
