This is old news as far as long suffering MYL holders are concerned.
As one of those, I don't give two f**ks about this report.
All comes under the heading of sovereign risk, about which many here have
learned harsh lessons.
The bigger disappointment is the ongoing fiasco surrounding Avebury.
