if people over pay for MRE, there is liability of downside.
Pretty simple hold for fertile MRE and a tight registry for WR1.
After we spend the exploration dollars of our purse, , we get 38.75% tax rebates etc, and can raise with CFTF for minimal dilution.
It is not only the race for MRE, but the protection of the number of shares on issue.
The metric of MRE / scrip issued, WR1 is set to build on this equation. Others could erode it, with more dilute scrip.
