The impact of Government changes on valuation and subsequent share price is subjective. My experience is that risk discount rates applied in DFS for African jurisdictions are generally well off the mark and the risks are much higher. As we can now easily see with AVZ and LLL. Obviously many foreign company graveyards are preceding them.
