There's 3 valuations that im pretty sure have future cashflow projections.

Pretty sure in one of those announcements you read twice it said L7 would be paid from Walyering cashflow. So I imagine theres some clauses in there to this effect.
If it becomes an issue Im sure it would be simular to Gurvantees where TMK choose to press on while waiting for TPD.

Not sure how this gets complicated except we dont know when we might expect to see the first payment for production.
