Clearly you do not understand the basis on which the options were issued. As @readyaimfire has said, they do not have to find anything to get $5.6 million on yesterday's closing price. Indeed they do not have to do anything except wait for GRE to pay then $10,000.
OMG were appointed Li managers for Scorpion (SCN) in April 2022. Around that time the share price climbed to 10 cents. Guess where it is now! Here's a hint - try around 6 cents.
