Thanks for the info @crich... there has been a lot of silly chatter on this forum about CYL's liability on this sad issue which is clearly non existent given
a) it happened before 12 months before they took ownership
b) they are fully indemnified by PYBAR
Plenty of other issues for CYL management to sort out, but this aint one of them...
