If the concept can be proven on large scale then the pipeline while expensive pales in comparison to the reward for a power hungry China.

The cost to build the pipeline there would be so much cheaper than here.

Then we have a heavy polluted Mongolia that could transition a heap of businesses away from diesel and coal.

If we can demonstrate strong gas supply and a large reserve then im sure Mongolian govt, MAK, Rio, Petro will make the rest happen.
Starting local then expanding to large mine sites in Mongolia allows others apart from Petro to have a vested interest which I feel is so important to maximising value.
