From a corporate governance point of view: the founders have free rein to put their money where their mouths are - concentrate separately and individually on 2 distinct markets. They give overall responsibility to a woman who has vast experience in consumer focused business, finance related consumer business and most crucially, 20 years in capital markets. Overseen by an experienced and strongly principled Chair. That leaves the 2 chaps to focus on selling their vision and doing deals. IMO this maximises the opportunity for ZIP to morph. Whether it can is for another day but ZIP is a survivor.
