hi mate. Arena has had similar drop in share price to cqe and reits in general. If you compare the two Cqe seems to be the cheaper of the two as you state trading at a discount to NTA. I can understand an argument of ‘stay away from all reits’ but I fail to see why you’d go with arena over Cqe given their current p/e and p/b.
do you have any thoughts/opinions besides one tenant may leave in 8 years time.
just trying to work your mind as I’ve been accumulating Cqe since dropping below $3.45
