Go to ASIC's website and complete their complaint form, focus on what the bots are doing to the share price of a ($40B mkt cap) blue chip and how this will drive retail shareholders from the market and how you expect more from ASIC compared to ASX - you will get your proforma response in a couple of weeks - I did - then send a copy of your complaint and ASIC's response to your MP and whoever else - can't see any other way of changing things without some public rising
