All guessing but perhaps they got a partner now so no need for further publicity. This is based on the info they gave about having finalizing with a tier 1 in the report. (I know that word has been used in the past so spare us the refreshment.)
Even if they have spoken at the event, I am sure the market will still dwell on the fact the permit is still at large and pull a stop to momentum. As many have said in the past, we will just have to wait and see until the milestones get ticked. Anything before then is just temporary and can easy drift downwards.
Pretty fair to say those who are still onboard know what they are getting into and know why they are still holding.
