First and formost I have to say I have mixed signals and hence my basic play as being neutral.
Below is a bullish signal that shouldn't be ignored.
The summation index paused briefly at zero but has moved higher and still in a steep trend, which is what I look for.
Any indicator can reverse at any time of course.
