A company can issue 15% more shares each year under rule 7.1. At an AGM they can seek a further 10% under 7.1A with 75% of the vote. Any further shares need to be ratified.
They will exhaust every opportunity they can to take your money.
There is also a pro rata rights issue or entitlement offer which basically allows a company to unleash huge amounts of shares, as long as offered to all holders
