I should add that none of these documents shown have been signed by both parties…
The debt in the books has been settled and audited independently therefore paid to any persons supported by legal signed documents by any both parties.
So the end bit I just saw at the end by the lawyer again is very confusing…
Again the debts in the books have been 100% settled so if you are J Callaway you have been paid based on legal signed documents otherwise the Auditors wouldn’t have signed on The Annual Report.
