I don't know about the massive delays- delays on what exactly? We're not reliant on PLL for anything- PLL are easily replaced if they do go bang. I can't see it happening as Biden needs homegrown success stories. The permits issue is going to be a very hard one resolved especially because there are people involved and their homes and water supplies will be impacted. I certainly wouldn't want it in my back yard
