But I think you also have to balance the fact that Japan is geographically smaller vs. US with some 50 different states and thus a more dispersed population. So setting up payor coverage, distribution, marketing, reaching out to all the dermatologists would be some offsetting factors that one has to consider. At least that's my thinking, feel free to point me to management commentary that says otherwise.
