    The average takeover premium is 30%

    Maybe up to 50% in a bidding war with few exceptions

    Nobody needs a low ball bid coming our way right now

    And any buyer would want to see us take on the risk of scale up before taking a punt, also given NAL's past history - the risk will sit with SYA holders for the time being

    but hey stranger things have happened, i'm no oracle
