Totally agree. Much of this work can be done in a staged fashion. Rob Denis did some refurbishment work on the plant 2-3 years ago. This could have continued on those things which are definitely part of the plan regardless of the option chosen. Get ahead of the curve, this all has to be done at some point as we are going into production and nothing is getting any cheaper. We are going into production...aren't we..?

Otherwise the strong message is, well actually we say all this stuff but we're just stalling for time till the buyer with the cajones to actually do something comes along.
