More than 90% of Oz spod already shipping to China. There’s no need to join that market. Other markets Ex-China is the right place and Ltr is the first major to address that market. Dale H had no choice but downplay the significance of ex-China because most of their output are committed to C.
It won’t be until another 5+ years the Canadian projects can produce meaningful volumes.
