pretty obvious what took place, they had no chance of getting MCB with a low-ball, were told to come back with a better offer and they spat the dummy, how entitled.

so why haven't they cancelled the proposed transaction? are they still mulling a counter after they analyse the fallout from the bed-wetters here?

seems very unlikely as they announced nothing was going on with CLA to their holders but still no official 'get stuffed'.

anyways best to get em all out and progress negotiations with other parties.
