"A constitutional convention bringing together over 250 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders met last month at the foot of Uluru in Central Australia on the lands of the Aṉangu people. The majority resolved, in the ‘Uluru Statement from the Heart’, to call for the establishment of a ‘First Nations Voice’ in the Australian Constitution and a ‘Makarrata Commission’ to supervise a process of ‘agreement-making’ and ‘truth-telling’ between governments and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples."

Hey Einstein did you ever maybe think what he means was adopting the recommendations from the Uluru Statement? The voice was part of those recommendations. Again I repeat and repeat and repeat that the voice is NOT a veto body and has no powers to make decisions. It advises to the sitting Govt who then has no obligation to follow that advice.

    Wake up you blokes.
