what is reasonable time for next update?

I know the new management must be busy with the new agenda but somehow I'm feeling a little uneasy with the lack of update re ATC from them so far (especially after their promise on the EGM letter to regularly update us).

I am hoping that they will update us soon about the progress with FDA, which one would expect shouldn't take too long to hear a word from?

What do you guys think about a reasonable time frame on an update before we should consider dumping our hope AND/OR the stock on that matter?
