Ive had the worst possible experience with the Phillipino call centre this week. My Big pond account was out of action for 2 days just because I upgraded my account. Nobody knew what the problem was. I called them 6 times and got a different answer every time. Eventually I got the problem fixed throught the activations dept in Australia but not before a lot of grief. One person in the tech support centre told me my internet connection would be up and running at midnight. I even offered to bet him $100 that it wouldnt. He assured me it would and of course guess what????
This is by far the worst run company in Australia and I wouldnt buy shares in them with counterfeit money.
