Not a great day but there were positives.

Another drop of half cent. But on very low volume. Also, lot of buys today, which was good. Considering that we are playing a defensive game after a big drop, the onus was on sellers to continue with their play. That they were not able to today, was a positive. The only thing which could improve, is buyers stepping up. With what has happened recently, there is some fear. Honestly in me as well. These shorters who just play with numbers and no conscience, unfortunately we have to be wary. One reason I am not buying and watching.

Second thing not in our favour is that in general Li stocks are on decline. So it will take a bit more to buck the trend.

I am still hopeful it will happen. The risk reward is so good from here. Just to get to 20c is nearly 50% gains from here, and to our ath, nearly 200%. So the odds are in our favour. We need to bide the time and hopefully we see what we believe. Maybe not next week, but I feel its there. Let's hope we see a reversal from here, a fair point to get back. As I said outside chance of 11.5 bottom from last year, but looks like a higher low of 12.5 may be in play. Let's hope it turns out that way. Enjoy your weekend and all the best.
