The product being sold in your screenshot is not infant milk powder, it is liquid baby formula, which until recent years was banned from production and sale inside Japan.
- yes it is liquid Infant Formula! did I meant powder infant formula?? I said IF(infant formula)! liquid infant formula is not IF? liquid infant formula has higher margin, you know that?
Even after the ban is lifted, you will see that these listings are not foreign IF selling into Japan directly. There are resellers who will package and ship the items as private imports - essentially a grey market to get around customs tariffs. As a private citizen you are free to buy anything like this from anywhere in the world if you are willing to pay someone else enough. It doesn't change the fact that foreign IF companies don't do business in Japan.-it sounds like Daigou market ? sounds good to me ! do you know how A2 enterred to China? Daigou first and than A2 enterred! tariffs and laws always change sooner or later !

The infant formula market in Japan is also shrinking due to the low birth rate and so most of its manufacturers, like Meiji, focus more on export to SE Asia. It's barely even a viable market for its own producers, who don't have to contend with the tariffs. Not sure why you think A2M should target this market.
-japanese birth rate is low but recently increasing! you don't see any valuable to enter into japan?? so you want A2 to withdraw from south Korea? where about 25% of babies born compared to new born babies in japan... South Korea has world record low baby birth...
I said such as so many other countries and ETC.... never said only Japan.!
everyone knows only high standard products are sold in Japan inclusive foreign products.. so when A2 entering to other countries, it gives better look rather than A2 IF only sold in Chana, South Korea and ANZ... Japan Too sounds better.!

The difference between South Korea and Japan is that NZ has an FTA with South korea that reduces tariffs on infant formula.

Yes, if Japan reduced their tariffs then maybe its worth reconsidering, until then it's not an option.
