The Dec 2022 announcement specifically said the expected cost for the $80M facility would be similar to the $40M facility, but the April 2023 announcement is silent about this.

The $40M facility has a 9% coupon plus BBSW rate, which will only go down to 6% plus BBSW if the $80M facility is approved by Macquarie.

Good luck with the negotiations for that $80M unapproved/uncommitted "facility".

BTW, I wont be responding to any further comments about this.
