I believe that the Russians are letting the Ruble slide because:
1. a lower Ruble means cheaper wages;
2. they can't really afford to throw more reserves away to prop it up on international markets;
The Russian Federation is in for a rude awakening by Q4 next year. No cash here. Here no cash.
