"Management...feel that the current market pricing is not fair to all shareholders who participated in that recent raising". (i.e. which was only offered to 'sophisticated' investors)
Putting aside the 'Keystone Kops' antics of announcing a placement and reneging on it same day, the Board has the temerity to trot out the hypocritical excuse of 'fairness to all shareholders'. What gluttony! They are displaying a selective concept of 'fairness'. Did they offer that 9-cent placement (a 21% discount) to ALL shareholders?
