3. All the other ones you mentioned are still in the pipeline. You cant do trials on 6 different infections. You needlesly burn through capital. They are prioritising that which has a quick road to market and high chance of success, in order to get a revenue source and stop raises and dilution. Then they can tinker and test to their hearts content.
