No you don't...but it's not about me...it's about you....I'm not the one who made the claim.....in my opinion you do have obligation to provide evidence for your forthright claim ie the protests beginning in late 2013 'were initiated by US financed NGO's'.
You committed yourself to that obligation as soon as you made it.
If you're unwilling or incapable of providing that evidence I think other readers will draw the necessary conclusion.
