    Stock appears to have bottomed. Market cap just $2 mil, from recent announcements company looks like it's turning the corner, and directors have been buying recently. A big chunk of stock came out of escrow recently, but no selling.

    Any positive update, or news on a contract win, and this stock will go to 3 cents, IMO.
