The possible Cost savings in this announcement are very Significant to Accent Resources and Asia Iron and has consequences to the bottom line and thus the internal rate of return on both projects I do not think this was factored in the Brokers reports on Accent
It must help with any Financing should the Sale option not proceed
Also Project appeal from a saleability point of View
