Hey Johnny, in reality after haulage and handling, processing costs, recovery deductions then profit share, CAI will only realise ~ 0.5g/t if they are lucky.
That actually reduces the head grade of 0.8g/t currently being mined and processed.
Why they released this as good news has me stumped, it’s not good.
Also note that the historical Inferred Resource for this project was 8000 ounces. Now the geniuses at CAI have used the same data and are calling it 19000 ounces.
This doesn’t help their cause given the WGP Resource was clearly over estimated.
Bulking out an historical Inferred Resource and over doubling it does not help their credibility in the slightest.
