Previously used VIV were used because there was no alternative. Either the patients die or you put a less than optimal valve in. With the arrival of DuAVR, clearly the 2 cardiologist in Canada disagree with your view that there is an alternative.
Expression the same opinion over and over does not necessarily make it right. I would back the views of the two canadian cardiologist anytime over yours with repect.
