For what benefit is this proposed to be done for?? It will allow sp to go down more without looking 'too bad'.

Management should focus on the business and spelling out what they intend to do so as for the existing sp to go up - it will, if business is sound and profit is made thus no need for this. If one cent will be going to 30c upon consolidation then any 'bad news' will send it downwards - not up. Plus it's much harder for it to reach a dollar from 30c - probably more so than for the existing 1.1c to reach 5c.

Focus on generating profits - seems to be lacking on that metric. AIMO
