What drives revenue? Transactional volume drives revenue. If customer revenue is down that means lower transactional volume. If the biggest customers who own the largest market share are declining, naturally the rest of the smaller players are also declining. Less transactional volume = lower growth rates = unjustified price earnings multiple at current rates.
