You guys are overthinking/analysing it.

I've commissioned many processes much bigger than even out 10k plant.

There is no switch for a step change it is normal to finish construction go onto day shift commissioning then move to continuous operations while improving quality and throughput. It may take a long time yet before it is declared nameplate throughputs at nameplate quality but that is perfectly normal.

The notion that a process will at some point switch to full capacity/quality is nonsense.

There, you can stop rehashing it and just wait for the updates.
