You are confused,
RNU challenged EGR's trademark, for HF Free, this was a successful objection where the terms HF free were not allowed to be trademarked.
What @FatCat is talking about is EGR patent, RNU and its consultant both objected to the patent application, This process is still ongoing.
What you and your friends fail to understand, EGR has secured this same patent in the USA, and what we have found in this announcement, RNU needed to change it purification process with the help of dorfner, this means RNU needs to go back to stage 1 with its customers with qualifying the PSG.
I did mention this would occur, but you guys seem to believe a few pumpers @Mallyrock and @Topo
Anyway, does anyone have Dorfner's patent to see if they use any similar steps to EGR's USA approved patent,
