'third quarter end' = March 2024.
But, as soon as there is less than 6 months expected cover of expenses, then the auditors have to flag as a concern for an ongoing entity, this may occur Oct 23, or if expenditure can be continued then Jan 24. If they manage to pull a rabbit out of the hat and run on the smell of an oily rag then it could be April 24. before the account are qualified.
